Our Team
Born on 28th December 1984 in Bengaluru to teacher parents and socially sensitive educators. Our lineage of social service is traced to my grandfather who was a freedom fighter and established educational institutions in the hilly terrains of western ghats to spread nationalistic literary activity in 1964. The said institution has completed 60 years (KG to PG not-for-profit organization). My grandmother founded Shishu Vihara Bal Vidyalaya and mentored Mahila Samaj(Mother’s Club). My father and mother both taught collegiate and school boards respectively. My wife and I are both into competitive coaching and counseling consultancy. Therefore, we witnessed changes in educational patterns and instructions between these three generations. My nature was always talkative and teaching whereby the pursuit of knowledge has played a pivotal role in the development of my personality.
As a dream, I wanted to be an IAS officer, and the UPSC journey was enriching. The best of the minds came to compete with a competitive spirit and cooperative attitudes. This experience in life gave me insights into various fields of study. However, being the world's toughest exam because the acceptance rate was minimal at 0.001%, a lot of talent was getting wasted.
Our mentorship of UPSC students in both New Delhi and Bengaluru showed a lack of clarity to clear this exam. I vividly remember one of my students from batch asking me “Sir, I will be an IAS for my father's sake but how will I be an Investment banker for my own sake!” This boy from Gujarat was struggling between the expectations of a father to do public service and his passion to be a Millionaire, making private profit. There was a clear conflict of interest. Both fields' aims, means, objectives, purposes, and core values are completely different. This made me introspect, “ If the cream of our country is confused then what about our children from the countryside?” I guided him to be a compassionate capitalist.
We in our UPSC journey realized the gap in the system. This necessitated identifying and nurturing talent with proper resources and awareness at different intervals of the education and employment ladder.
On the professional front, I became the lead lawyer of my law firm. As an employer, I worked for MNCs. The productivity and purpose were lacking in professionals leading to disciplinary action and legal consequences. These developments too made me introspect and I researched extensively.
Therefore as an educator and employer, I felt the innate need to build a team to assist a billion young hands get jobs. We based our vision on being the world's best workforce by unleashing human capital through career clarity and capacity building of skills. Our mission and motto is to dream of empowering rightly, that is DARE TO DREAM; DO THE DREAM.
Education extension service is the need of the hour.
